Large items, tight access, and the service choice should meet in the same conversation.
Name the item, stair, doorway, or access issue most likely to control the plan.
Gather useful dimensions and describe the full loading path at both properties.
Decide where large pieces belong so placement is not improvised at the doorway.
Name the item, approximate size, current location, stairs, doorway concerns, and where it will go. The team must confirm whether it fits the service.
Yes. Pick the closest option on the form and explain the mixed need during follow-up.
If the team requests them, show the stair turn, doorway, loading path, or item clearance. Do not send unrelated personal documents.
No. The request has to be reviewed, and the date and scope must be confirmed directly.
Measure critical clearances, label the destination room, and decide where large pieces should be positioned.
Select a service, then describe heavy items, tight access, stairs, and the intended placement.
I just recently had my moved done by Mo's Moving Company. I would highly recommend the customer service coordinator and driver. They were professional and great went the extra mile for securing our move to go smoothly. I would not recommend the salesperson, he was inexperienced in measuring our household items and did not plan the for the appropriate truck to hold all of house belongings, which led us spending additional money to be laid out to making another trip. He was very inconsiderate of our timeline and needs. Do not use that salesperson.
Great Service! I received a quote of six or seven hours, and all the work was done in less than three hours (plus one hour for travelling). The crew members were all great and got all the furniture and appliances moved efficiently with no damage. I highly recommend moving with Mo's Moving Company!
I noticed I did not put any text in on this review! The guys that did our move where wonderful! I could not believe how easily they got a full size piano up our stairs to the upstairs studio! The driver and helpers made a great team. Great, very trustworthy people. Fun to work with!
We were very pleased with the crew. They were prompt, polite and efficient. The truck was not big enough for our belongings and we had to move three large items ourselves. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and we would recommend.
I contacted this company because I've used & referred this business several times. Each time the movers were on time & efficient. The move went as planned and within budget (quote). I highly recommend Mo's Moving Company for your personal move. Whether its' a condo or single family home you can rely upon them to do a professional, efficient job!
The packers were a great!!! Very flexible and professional. There was some miscommunication with the coordinator of my move with my pack date and load date and the packers waited patiently while I talk with the coordinator… the packers get five starts in my book.
